Working with me

Two simple ways to start—choose the option that feels right for you

A first conversation where we can get to know each other. You can share a bit about your life and ask me any questions. We won’t start any process in this call—and I don’t expect you to decide right away.

In this session, we take a moment to get to know each other and then dive into the process. There is no expectation of any long-term commitment—it is simply an opportunity to experience how I work at a reduced cost, and then take your time to decide if you would like to continue.

Fee

  • Individual session (60 minutes): 75€ or 90$

  • Package of 5 sessions: 330€ or 390$

NATURE OF THE PROCESS, OUTCOME AND FREQUENCY

It is important to keep in mind that this process can bring to the surface painful feelings or unresolved wounds. While this can be challenging, it is also part of what makes the work transformative; meaningful change might often involve moving through difficult emotions, and by facing these experiences in a safe and supportive space, new insights and possibilities for growth can emerge.

Counseling is a collaborative journey that unfolds over time.

If I were to tell you that in a specific number of sessions you would reach your desired result, I would not be honest with you. The truth is, many variables can influence the process—your life circumstances, the timing, your readiness, and our therapeutic connection.

These factors cannot be controlled, and outcomes cannot be predicted with certainty.

In some cases, a few sessions may be enough, and you might choose to stop there.

In other cases, you may begin by working on a particular issue and then realize that there are other areas you want to explore, leading you to continue over a longer period as part of a deeper process of personal growth.

Either way, counseling is not a quick fix or a guaranteed solution, even though some people do find clarity in just a handful of sessions.

What matters most to me is that you feel comfortable and free to pause or end the process whenever you wish.

There is absolutely no pressure or obligation from my side.

What I can offer is my full presence, my professional experience, and a safe and supportive space where you can explore, grow, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.

ABOUT THE FREQUENCY

At the beginning, I usually suggest meeting once per week, as a weekly rhythm supports continuity and depth. This consistent pace helps us build trust, maintain momentum, and allow the process to unfold more naturally.

Over time, the frequency of sessions can always be reviewed and adjusted according to your needs.

Some people prefer to continue with weekly sessions, while others may feel comfortable moving to every other week, or even spacing them out further once they have more stability and clarity.

There is no single right way—the rhythm of our work is something we can decide together, based on what feels most supportive for you.
